So, in India we all know till the 10th Std we have a schooling called and 11 and 12th is called as junior college either we must choose any three options for Science, Commerce and Arts. The Most likeable stream is Commerce for the students have 50% to 80% of Marks in 10th. So, after commerce Many students choose BBA that is Bachelors of Business of Administration and the bachelor’s they chose to pursue MBA. 

In BBA the student is developed to manage or help with business activities their subjects are 

•Project Management

•Financial Management

•Marketing Management 

•Supply chain Management  

•Environmental Science 

•Economics of Scale 

•Etc.

So, the student is categorized according to its liking and he can choose the stream or specialization for the BBA. Well is well developed at the 3rd of BBA which is its final year. The student is well educated in his own Sight. But when he tries to find JOB based on those three years of Hard Work, the result from the answers of HR of companies shocks the student for many student the HR tries to put on JOB role for field sales or customer Service. That’s not what the student or person has ever expected to be, he wanted to join a multinational company and support the company by benefiting through his knowledge. But, he doesn’t get the chance because of our society thinking that BBA is an ordinary degree anybody can be a BBA graduate. IF we only conquer the Societal Mentality and give a chance to BBA graduate, we will be having a very good Office Administration Persons and So on for finance and Marketing. Apart from this, we are also losing the young or very young graduates by not giving them chance soon after they complete their BBA we expect to hire a MBA professional so the student who has a BBA degree goes to pursue MBA without gaining knowledge of hands-on Experience. So, in my point of view MBA should be a program for students who are already hired by companies and with their JOB they are given some amount of time to pursue MBA for their Company. Companies should not expect to work from their employees for then 30 Hours a week with this scenario a student/An Employee can Pursue His Master’s Degree with commencing a Hands-on Experience.
